The Griploc® '3 Phase Cable Gland' is purpose-built for fast, secure three phase terminations in distribution boards and control panels. Housed in a compact M40 body, this gland safely accommodates four 25mm² phase cables plus a 16mm² earth, all routed through a single entry point to save space and reduce clutter inside your enclosure.

Manufactured in tough flame-retardant nylon, this gland keeps everything secure and well sealed. It’s IP68 rated for protection against dust and moisture, helping to maintain cable integrity over time.

Each Griploc 3 Phase Gland features a multi-hole seal that grips each conductor tightly to maintain an IP68 seal against dust and water. The design keeps cables stable under vibration and movement, cutting down on maintenance and ensuring a clean, tidy installation.

Ideal for installers and contractors looking to streamline wiring in switchgear, panels and consumer units.

Single and double compression cable glands differ in their sealing and clamping mechanisms:

Single Compression Glands: These glands provide compression around the outer sheath of the cable, offering basic sealing and strain relief. They are suitable for indoor/outdoor applications where environmental conditions are controlled.

When installing Cable Glands using plain holes and locknuts, the recommended clearance of +0.2 mm above the nominal thread diameter. For example, an M20 gland should be mounted in a 20.2 mm diameter hole. The maximum recommended clearance is +0.7 mm. This ensures a secure fit while allowing easy installation.
