Ordering, Delivery & Shipping
For in-stock items we aim to dispatch same day via DPD 24hour service (subject to order size). For non-stock or custom items, lead times vary - we’ll confirm when you place the order.
Orders over £100 (UK) qualify for free standard next day delivery. Under £100, shipping starts from £8.50. For international deliveries, rates begin from £23.50 depending on country and weight.
Yes - we deliver to 38 countries (and possibly more). International orders may be subject to customs, duties, or additional taxes, depending on local regulations, these would need to be paid to the currier before they release the goods.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an confirmation email and a text message from DPD with your tracking details and on day of delivery a further text with one hour delivery window (UK deliveries).
We will always accommodate changes, but once the order is in our dispatch system it may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Yes. We comply with ISO 9001 QA standards. Many of our cable glands (e.g. CCG E1EX, UNITEX D) are certified to ATEX/UKEX / IECEx standards for hazardous areas. Our cable cleat range is tested to BE EN61914 and trefoil cleats are also short circuit tested as part of this standard.
Yes, for many products we can accommodate special bespoke or custom orders (size, material, certification). For anything unusual, just contact our technical team.
It means for UK orders with a subtotal ≥ £100 (before VAT and discounts),we’ll waive the standard delivery fee.
Support & After-Sales
Notify us immediately (within 3 days of receipt of goods) with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock and issue.
