MD+ Sealant is a high-performance, one-component, flexible sealing compound engineered for reliable duct sealing across a wide range of applications. Supplied in a 310ml cartridge for easy application with a standard skeleton gun, MD+ is based on a silicone compound that cures with air humidity, forming a durable, thixotropic elastomer.

Once cured, MD+ delivers exceptional gas and water tightness, strong adhesion to all common building materials, and proven resistance to chemicals, alkalis, and aggressive gases such as hydrogen sulphide and methane. The sealant is also fire resistant, solvent-free, shock-absorbing, non-toxic, and virtually odourless, making it safe for use in sensitive environments.For larger duct openings, MD+ can be applied in combination with Filoform’s specially designed Tri-Foam backing, available as a complete FiloSeal+ kit. Re-enterable and easy to remove when required, MD+ offers a proven, quick, and clean solution for sealing cables and ducts in industrial, commercial, and utility projects.
