FiloSeal+HD is a high-performance duct sealing system designed for challenging cable and pipe installations. Its innovative honeycomb structure, created with flexible hexagonal support tubes, provides exceptional strength, separation, and stability inside the duct. This engineered design ensures reliable gas and watertight sealing while allowing easy re-entry for adding or removing cables as required.
The system uses MD+, a one-component silicone-based sealant applied with a standard skeleton gun. Once cured, MD+ forms a durable elastomer that bonds and seals against water, gases, and chemicals, offering long-term protection. Resistant to termites, rats, hydrocarbons, hydrogen sulphide, and methane, FiloSeal+HD ensures durability in the harshest conditions.

Quick to install, non-corrosive, solvent-free, and compliant with NEC and WIMES standards, FiloSeal+HD is trusted worldwide for utility, telecom, and industrial projects. With over 25 years of proven performance, it delivers strong, adaptable sealing for any cable configuration or duct scenario.
