Aluminium Straight Mechanical Connectors are precision-engineered for highly secure, reliable cable jointing in low-voltage and medium-voltage applications. Manufactured from premium-grade, high-strength aluminium alloy, these connectors deliver exceptional electrical conductivity and superior corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term, maintenance-free operational performance.

Designed for maximum versatility, they are fully compatible with both copper and aluminium conductors, effortlessly accommodating solid, stranded, sector, or round cores. The connector utilises proven, plated shear-head direct-acting bolts, which completely removes the need for traditional pressure plates. Furthermore, these plated bolts combined with a standard plated yoke section allow for the direct jointing of copper conductor cores without the requirement of conventional brass gauze, significantly simplifying the installation process. These robust connectors are ideal for seamless integration with RCM Straight Resin Joints, guaranteeing optimum contact pressure every time without the need for specialised crimping tools.
