RCM+ Resin Cable Joints provide a quick, safe, and reliable method for jointing 600/1000V cables. Designed for stranded copper and solid aluminium conductors up to 16mm², they are suitable for Steel Wire Armoured (SWA), Aluminium Strip/Wire Armoured, and unarmoured cables with PVC, XLPE, or EPR insulation.
Each joint is supplied with a durable snap-lock shell and two-part hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane resin, ensuring clean and mess-free installation. Mechanical connectors are included, removing the need for crimp tools on site. For SWA and armoured cables, earth bonding is handled by the supplied tinned copper earth braid and constant force springs, ensuring safe and compliant earthing of the wire armour.
Built to UK armoured cable standards, the spacious joint shells provide easy handling and secure terminations. Fully tested to DIN EN 50393:2006-11, these resin joints deliver long-lasting protection, electrical reliability, and moisture resistance for industrial, commercial, and utility projects.
