RCB+ Resin Branch Joints provide a fast, safe, and dependable solution for branching 600/1000V cables. Designed for stranded copper and solid aluminium conductors up to 6mm², they are suitable for Steel Wire Armoured (SWA), Aluminium Strip/Wire Armoured, and unarmoured cables with PVC, XLPE, or EPR insulation.
Each branch joint features a robust snap-lock shell and a two-part hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane resin for clean, secure installation. Supplied mechanical connectors eliminate the need for crimp tools, ensuring straightforward on-site use. For SWA and armoured cables, earth bonding is managed with the included tinned copper earth braid and constant force springs, delivering safe and compliant armour earthing.
Purpose-built to UK armoured cable standards, RCB+ Branch Joints offer ample space for easy handling, secure terminations, and reliable branching connections. Fully tested to DIN EN 50393:2006-11, these joints provide long-term moisture resistance, electrical integrity, and mechanical strength for industrial, commercial, and utility networks.
