National Pipe Thread (NPT) Hazardous Hex Head Plugs in nickel plated brass (marine grade) are engineered to safely blank unused threaded entries in Hazardous Area, machines, devices, housings, panels and enclosures. Suitable for both temporary and permanent use, these plugs are IECEx and ATEX certified, offering compliance with international standards for safe installation.  National Pipe Thread (NPT) is a tapered thread and is not supplied with sealing washers, P66 protection against dust, dirt and water ingress is achieved. With a temperature rating of -60°C to +95°C, they deliver long lasting performance. Available in the NPT range ½" to 3", these plugs are ideal for industrial, petrochemical, marine and offshore applications.
