Remora Metric–Metric Nylon Reducers allow smaller metric cable glands to be installed into pre-existing larger threaded entries on machines, panels, and enclosures. Manufactured from tough, fibre-reinforced PA6 nylon, they offer strong mechanical performance, reliability, and resistance to wear and environmental stress. Ideal for adapting oversized threads without compromising the integrity of the housing. When fitted with a sealing washer, these reducers provide up to IP66 protection against dust and water ingress. Operating within a static temperature range of -40°C to 100°C, they’re perfect for industrial, commercial, and electrical installations where a clean, secure fit is essential.
