The dome head includes a slot for easy tightening using a standard flat-blade screwdriver, ensuring secure and permanent installation. Made from high quality nickel plated brass, these plugs resist wear and environmental exposure. Rated IP54, with IP66/IP68 achievable when fitted with a sealing washer, they offer protection against dust, dirt and water ingress. Suitable for temperatures ranging from -200°C to 200°C, -60°C to +95°C with sealing washer, these plugs meet EN 50262 standards and provide a professional, reliable solution for industrial applications.

Single and double compression cable glands differ in their sealing and clamping mechanisms:

When installing Cable Glands using plain holes and locknuts, the recommended clearance of +0.2 mm above the nominal thread diameter. For example, an M20 gland should be mounted in a 20.2 mm diameter hole. The maximum recommended clearance is +0.7 mm. This ensures a secure fit while allowing easy installation.
