Metric Hazardous Dome Head Plugs in brass are engineered to safely blank unused threaded entries in hazardous area enclosures. Suitable for both temporary and permanent use, these plugs are IECEx and ATEX certified, offering compliance with international standards for safe installation. They achieve protection levels Ex db I Mb / Ex eb I Mb / Ex db IIC Gb / Ex eb IIC Gb / Ex ta IIIC Da / Ex nR IIC, ensuring reliability in demanding environments.
Supplied with a pre-fitted sealing gasket, they provide IP66/IP68 protection against dust, dirt and water ingress. With a temperature rating of -60°C to +95°C, extendable to +160°C with a high-temperature gasket, they deliver long-lasting performance.
Available in the full ISO Metric range M16 to M100, these plugs are ideal for industrial, petrochemical, marine and offshore applications.
