FiloSeal+HD FIRE is a fire-rated duct sealing system engineered for maximum protection in critical cable and pipe installations. Using specially formulated Formite hexagonal blocks, the system creates a strong honeycomb structure that supports cables, maintains separation, and provides a reliable backing for the fire-resistant MD+ sealant. 
The MD+ compound, applied with a standard skeleton gun, cures into a durable elastomer that seals against fire, gas, and water ingress, while resisting chemicals, rodents, and termites. FiloSeal+HD FIRE is fully tested to international standards, including BS EN1366-3, AS1530.4, BS EN 45545-2 (rail), and London Underground LUL S1085, ensuring compliance in the most demanding environments.

Easy to install and re-enter, the system is suitable for sealing empty ducts or those containing multiple cables or pipes. With over 25 years of operational experience, FiloSeal+HD FIRE provides a proven, engineered solution for safe, durable, and fire-resistant duct sealing.
