PrimeNut Earth Nuts are an innovative solution designed to simplify and speed up the installation of cable glands while ensuring a reliable earth connection. By replacing the traditional earth tag and lock nut, PrimeNut reduces installation time and eliminates the need for additional drilling, making it a practical upgrade for electrical installers.
Featuring sharp cutting teeth, the Earth Nut bites into the enclosure surface, enabling the gland to be tightened securely from the outside. The unique 8-hex flat design offers a reduced tightening angle, making it ideal for confined spaces and smaller junction boxes. In addition, a threaded grub screw locks onto the gland thread, providing enhanced vibration resistance for long term reliability.
Supplied with an M4 screw and washer for the earth connection, PrimeNut Earth Nuts are available in metric sizes M20, M25, and M32, offering a professional, compliant, and space saving solution for safe grounding.
