ZEB10 - Channel Nuts - M10 No Spring

These no spring channel fixing nuts are a solid choice when you want a stable threaded fixing in steel channel without the added pressure of a spring. They sit securely in standard channel profiles and tighten firmly against the inner edges to give a reliable point to mount brackets, supports, cable management and general hardware. Because there’s no spring, they’re especially useful where space is tight, installation angles are awkward or when you want to fine adjust positioning after other components are already fitted. They also help avoid tension against softer materials or coated surfaces where a sprung insert could cause marking.

The nuts are finished in bright zinc plating and stocked in the core metric sizes M6, M8, M10 and M12, making them suitable for most electrical, mechanical and construction installations. They work well with channel supports for cable trays, conduit, HVAC mounts and general building fixings. Tough enough for industrial environments, yet simple to install by hand or with basic tools, they offer a dependable fastening option where a spring isn’t required.

  • No-spring design for tight spaces or post-adjustment

Questions & Answers

Cable cleats are tested to IEC 61914, which sets out performance guidelines for strength, impact resistance, UV stability and corrosion. While not mandatory, reputable manufacturers follow this standard to confirm product reliability and safety. Are your cable cleats tested to IEC 61914?

A cable clamp is a general purpose fastener, while a cable cleat is specifically tested and rated to retain cables under axial, lateral and torsional forces (especially during short circuits)

Yes - accessories like fixing kits, pre cut threaded rod and channel nuts help secure cleats properly to mounting surfaces. Using the right hardware improves strength, alignment and vibration resistance.
